Questions

Can I try one session before committing to a programme?

Yes. Most men start with a single £60 session. If it is useful, we can talk about a programme. There is no pressure to book more.

Are sessions online or in person?

Both. I work face-to-face in London and online with clients worldwide. The format is the same either way — one focused conversation.

How long is each session?

One hour. Sixty minutes, no scripts, no homework. Just a focused conversation about what you are actually dealing with.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full.
