Can I book just one session?
Yes. Sessions are £60 for an hour and booked one at a time. Some men need one focused conversation; others continue weekly or fortnightly for a few months.
Do I have to commit to a package?
No. There are no packages and no minimum commitment. You book and pay for each session as you go, and stop whenever you want.
Can I pay from outside the UK?
Yes. Card payments work from any country. The fee is charged in GBP and your card provider converts it at its current exchange rate. The dollar and euro prices shown here are indicative.
How do sessions take place?
Sessions are online by video with clients worldwide. Calendly displays available appointments in your own time zone.
How long do people usually work with you?
It depends on the issue. Some men need one or two focused sessions. Others work with me weekly to begin with, then fortnightly as things move forward. You are never tied into a fixed programme.
