Wherever you are
Online dating coaching for professional men
One-to-one coaching by video, £75 for sixty minutes, from anywhere in the world. I am based in London, but roughly half the men I work with I have never met in the same room — and it makes no difference to the work.
The first conversation is free and lasts thirty minutes. If online coaching is not the right thing for you, I will say so on that call.

Clients on four continents
UK, Europe, the Gulf, North America and occasionally Asia. Geography stopped being the constraint years ago.
Time zones handled
I hold early-morning and late-evening slots from London so you are not taking a call at 3am.
Sixty minutes, video
Google Meet or Zoom. A private room and headphones is the whole setup. Nothing recorded unless you ask.
How an online session actually runs
- A free thirty-minute call. You tell me where you are stuck. I tell you honestly whether coaching would help and what I would work on first.
- Sixty-minute sessions by video. Booked through a link, at a time that works in your zone. We look at what happened since we last spoke and what you are avoiding.
- Something specific to do. Every session ends with one concrete action for the fortnight — not a worksheet you file away.
- Messages between sessions. If a date goes sideways on a Thursday night, you can message me. Time differences make this more useful online, not less.
What online coaching does not change
The price is the same as in person — £75 a session, £400 for six. So is the format, the honesty and the fact that I will not sell you a twelve-week programme before I understand your situation.
What does change is the dating market we are working in. Meeting people in Dubai is not the same as meeting them in Berlin or Boston, and the coaching adapts to where you actually live rather than pretending London rules apply everywhere.
Common questions
- Is online dating coaching as effective as meeting in person?
- For this work, yes. What changes your dating life is the thinking, the honesty and the decisions you make between sessions — all of which transfer completely to video. In four years of coaching, the outcomes for my online clients have been indistinguishable from the ones I meet in London.
- Which countries do you coach in?
- Anywhere with a reliable connection and enough time-zone overlap. Most of my online clients are in the UK, Europe, the Gulf and the east coast of the United States, with occasional clients in Singapore and Hong Kong.
- How do time zones work?
- I hold sessions from London (GMT/BST) and keep early-morning and late-evening slots for clients outside Europe. In practice that covers the Americas up to UTC−8 and Asia to about UTC+8 without either of us working at an absurd hour.
- What does online dating coaching cost?
- The same as in person: £75 for a single 60-minute session, or £400 for a six-session programme. The discovery call is free. If you are paying in another currency your bank converts at the day's rate — there is no separate international price.
- What platform do you use?
- Google Meet or Zoom, whichever you prefer. You need a private room, headphones and sixty uninterrupted minutes. Nothing is recorded unless you ask for it.
- Do I need to be in London to work with you?
- No. In-person sessions in London are an option, not a requirement. Roughly half the men I work with I have never met in the same room.
